A delegation from Technoplas Japan Co., Ltd., a well-established Japanese manufacturer, recently visited Gushine’s production facility in Zhuhai for a site tour and technical exchange. The visit marked an initial step toward potential collaboration on battery solutions for power bank applications.
Technoplas has previously produced related battery products in Japan. The visit reflects its recognition of Gushine’s experience working with leading Japanese companies, as well as its ability to meet stringent Japanese quality standards. Through this engagement, Technoplas aims to advance supply chain localization while maintaining high product reliability.
Accompanied by Gushine’s management team, the delegation toured the product showroom, automated production lines, manual assembly lines, and the comprehensive testing laboratory. The visit provided a detailed overview of Gushine’s capabilities in lithium battery module manufacturing.
Automated Production Lines
The delegation reviewed key processes including automated cell sorting, precision spot welding, and potting. By integrating advanced equipment with a Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Gushine enables full process traceability and precise production control, ensuring consistent quality across all battery units.
Flexible Manual Assembly Lines
Designed to meet the diverse and small-batch demands of power bank products, Gushine’s manual assembly lines demonstrated strong flexibility. From cell matching to final assembly, the setup supports efficient customization and rapid response to varying customer requirements.
Testing and Validation
At the on-site laboratory, the delegation examined Gushine’s capabilities in safety and performance validation. Equipped with charge and discharge testing systems, environmental chambers, short-circuit testing devices, and mechanical stress testing equipment, the facility can simulate extreme conditions to ensure product reliability prior to shipment.
Technoplas operates an integrated manufacturing system spanning from component forming to final product assembly, with products supplied to global markets. This initial engagement with Gushine is intended to leverage Gushine’s expertise in lithium battery modules to support the development of high-quality portable power products for consumer applications.
