Intelligent BMS for Real-Time Monitoring

Each battery pack is equipped with an intelligent Battery Management System featuring voltage and current measurement accuracy better than 1%, SOC estimation accuracy within ±5%, and multiple temperature sensors for continuous monitoring.

The system supports CAN Bus communication with customizable protocols to integrate seamlessly with different AGV platforms. OTA firmware upgrades and optional Bluetooth connectivity are also available, enabling predictive maintenance and proactive fault warnings.

Full Lifecycle Traceability Through MES

Every Gushine battery pack is assigned a unique digital identity within the company's Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Production data—from incoming cell inspection to final shipment—is recorded throughout the manufacturing process, providing complete traceability and supporting consistent product quality.

Modular Design with Active Cell Balancing

Supports flexible series and parallel battery pack configurations to achieve higher capacity or higher voltage based on application requirements. Integrated active cell balancing continuously optimizes cell consistency, enhancing battery pack efficiency, extending service life, and ensuring reliable long-term performance.
