The MCU delivers exceptionally low power consumption, with sleep current as low as 2 μA, while providing accurate battery monitoring, protection, and power management. Widely adopted in industrial UPS and digital power control applications, the ST platform has been validated through long-term industrial deployment and rigorous reliability standards, ensuring stable operation in mission-critical semiconductor backup power systems.

High-Current Terminal Welding with Fully Insulated Metal Enclosure

Professional welding technology is applied to the high-current input and output terminals to minimize contact resistance and improve connection reliability. The battery also incorporates electrical insulation and isolation within a full-metal enclosure, maintaining excellent mechanical strength while enhancing electrical safety and overall system reliability.

Flexible High-Voltage Battery Architecture

The battery supports configurations of up to 17 cells in series, with scalability to 32-series architectures exceeding 100 V, allowing flexible adaptation to various industrial UPS voltage requirements.

Complete Isolation Between High-Voltage and Low-Voltage Systems

A fully isolated electrical architecture separates the high-voltage power circuit from the low-voltage control circuit, preventing fault propagation and significantly improving system safety and long-term operational reliability.
